Lobster Records have signed the Bay Area's own First To Leave. The label describes the band as "old Staring Back mixed with Fairweather."
The band will be releasing their full-length Change Never Lasts on Straight On Records in mid-April, then beginning work on their Lobster debut. You can preview some tracks from that upcoming release at the band's Myspace page. Lobster Records (19 comments)

Gotta love Lobster records. They have had some fantastic bands - whippersnapper, staring back - just checked these guys out and they seem like a great fit to the Lobster roster martin* NZ09 1+ Reply

did Lobster Records sign this band, or just an anonymous lobster, as stated by the headline?

Lobster should do something totally different and sign a band whose members have testicles.
