Tours: Panic! At the Disco / The Dresden Dolls / OK Go / The Hush Sound

Panic! At the Disco have revealed the first batch of a series of headling dates to MTV. The tour is set to kick off in June with support provided by The Dresden Dolls, OK Go, and The Hush Sound.

The band is supporting their recent Fueled By Ramen/Decaydance debut, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out.

How can you go from a band that hadn't even played a show to playing big clubs? Even shit bands like My American Heart + Halifax play small venues...sheesh!!!

I don't know...I imagine all the fucking lame emo/punk/goth fatties that inhabit these types of show will be all over The Dresden Dolls. Sure they're talented (which means the aformentioned fatties might not like them), but they're songs are also pretty dark and morbid (something fatties love to think they understand). I totally see a horde of oinkers running for the Dresden Dolls merch tabel after their set screaming, "OMG (asside: yes she said OMG not "oh my god")! That song she sang totally reminded me about that time I did all that meth and tried to kill myself by eating a fist load of Vitamin C and three gorditas. It's like they know me". These guys did their second tour ever ½ year ago on the nintendo fusion tour with fall out boy, motion city soundtrack and the starting line. Now they're headlining a tour that is played in many of the same venues they played on the nintendo fusion tour. Realize how ridiculous this is.

you didnt see it? it was about hawthorne heights jumping ne yo and then posting messages about it, and how they showed rock was number one and a bunch of shit... that was the joke. turns out though HH was trying to set up a tour with Ne Yo and a ton of people sent emails to both parties and HH made punknews take it down so it didnt "interfere" with the tour they are trying to set up - jones the bones - stevejones8770@yahoo.com
