The New York Dolls, who reunited in 2004 on the urging of Morrissey, have posted the first two songs from their debut for Roadrunner Records. The proto-punk recorded with producer with Jack Douglas (Aerosmith, John Lennon, Cheap Trick) and the album is their first album of entirely new material since 1974's Too Much Too Soon.

You can check out the songs here.

The reunited act features founding members David Johansen and Sylvain Sylvain, with Steve Conte (guitar), Sami Yaffa (bass), Brian Delaney (drums) and Brian Koonin (Keyboards). Original bassist Arthur Kane passed away in July of 2004 and was the subject of a recent independent documentary, New York Doll.
