State of Mind signs Broadway Calls

State of Mind Recordings has signed Rainer, Oregon's Broadway Calls. The label will reissue the band's EP, Call the Medic..., some time this summer. Songs are available on the band's myspace page.

The band plans on enterting Nu-Tone studio this September to record a full-length, which is slated for release this coming winter.

A label tour alongside Daggermouth and TAEA will take place this summer as well. A full routing is expected some time later.

It still might happen; State of Mind seems very good at bringing a band's profile up to the point where they get picked up by a (bigger) label: This Is Hell, Crime in Stereo, A Day in Black and White, Dead Hearts....

let's see if State Of Mind can step up their game and start contracting bands for multiple records. the only way they'll ever get past "hardcore stepping stone" is to keep a band for more than one release.

Good band, a lot of the members from Countdown to Life, I think Broadway Calls is better though.

Good to see someone signed these guys, not too surprised that it's State Of Mind.

Was their ep every PHYSICALLY issued, or did they just do the zip file of it as a "Digital ep?"
