Media: Bronx video for "History's Stranglers" online

The Bronx have premiered their new video for "History's Stranglers" via MySpace.

The song appears on their upcoming album The Bronx, not to be confused with their prior album, also titled the Bronx.

The band's new record arrives on July 18th via White Drugs / Island Records. You can check out two tracks from the album on their Punknews band page.

To support the record, the band is planning a short tour with New Jersey melodic hardcore heroes Lifetime.

hahahh, in fact, the only mac users i know, are republicans, and i lived most of my life in california in big cities (LA county)

i mean, i know it means nothing, but just saying, my dad and two of my friends from college were the only people i know that were "mac users" and all three are independent conservatives to republicans

I love this band but that video was lame. I don't know if there was something in it I was missing but the bands face put on little kids bodies is seriously only funny for like 5 seconds. Did they ever do that video where everyone was supposed to die?

i've had this CD for about a month now and it's definitely grown on me. it's a little less old school bronx and a little more bluesy, queens of the stone age rock. and to the asshole who said they bring nothing new to the table, you're totally wrong.

i've heard terror is going out with converge, though i'm not sure, those shows could be coming up a lot sooner than i was thinking, clearing the way for the bronx tour. i don't see there being an overly good mix of people at a terror/ bronx show.

ah, that makes sense, though i think they are planning on trying to play detroit and we have a sounds date.either or, i'll probably try to go to the club show if they do that. i noticed this morning that talib kweli is opening for the roots the same day as sotu so i'll be skipping the sounds show

I really wish bands would quit premiering new videos on MySpace. Hopefully I'll be able to see this video soon somewhere that supports non-Windows/IE.

wow. i think punknews readers are the hardest to please...most fickle music fans ever. Everyone becomes the harshest critic & grows giant balls once they are behind the keyboard. I bet you guys play in some fuckin awesome bands...and write top 40 hits like there is no tomorrow.

i've had this record for 2 months now, and i have to say it grew on me fast. it's doesnt immediately kick your ass like the 1st record, but it's still fantastic. "white guilt" is a...dare i say it?..hit single? wait and see.

i'm seeing these dudes with lifetime and the loved ones at the bowery in nyc in 2 weeks. i'm fucking excited...
