Break-ups: Blacklisted (-2006)

Philladelphia's Blacklisted have confirmed rumours that they will be calling it a day at the end of the summer. The band was recently forced to drop off their tour supporting Ignite due to illness and posted the confirmation today:

The rumors are true. If joe posts it than take that as fact. We will be playing Sound and Fury. Our last show will be at the fest in philly. Tim will be playing with us and hopefully everyone will have a blast. as for the Melillo Biscuits dates we are not sure if we will be playing them. sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for the unconditional love.

The band previously released ...The Beat Goes On.

This is such a bummer, but This Is Hardcore is going to be ridiculously awesome.

there goes another one. Although, I never got into Blacklisted, so I'm not too heartbroken over it. Philadelphia bands never stay together. It's their nature.

The beauty of the sandwich is that anyone can make one. You don't need to be a chef or particularly skilled or adept in the kitchen. Get some tasty shit and throw it between two (or more depending on decker levels and ambition) pieces of bread! You can do it!

this is fuckin heartbreaking. im crossing my fingers that they still play the gorilla biscuits date in jersey. hardest working band in hardcore and one of the best. they will be missed.
