Punkcore has set an August 29, 2006 release date for the upcoming album from Dallas, Texas' Damage Case. The band is described as "the raw energy of early melodic punk rock with the intensity of a more modern hardcore sound."
The band will be releasing Tyranny and supporting the album with an upcoming fall tour. This summer, the band will join Rancid for a gig in Texas. A new track "No Leaders" can be streamed from their label. Punkcore Records (10 comments)

I really liked this label a few years ago, but for some reason their recent signings just havent been that good. I liked Damage Case on the Punx Unite 3 comp, but I dont think I will be picking up this album.
