Buddyhead signs The PoPo (Philadelphia)

Buddyhead is proud to announce the signing of Philadelphia's The PoPo to their label. Stop by their myspace page to stream some songs from their upcoming October 31 release and to view show listings. They'll be playing Fuck Yeah Fest III in Los Angeles as well as a few other shows this weekend.

But! Does anyone really care about the Buddyhead label anymore? I mean, Wires on Fire were boring, Your Enemies Friends got old fast...now that the Icarus Line and all related projects have been shunned due to Aaron becoming Trent Reznor's boy toy, the music quality has suffered. Yep...

Agree totally with the Your Enimies Friends. Man...I thought they were good at first. The more I listened the worse they got. Usually it's the other way around...but not with them.

wires on fire are great.

your enemies friends are pretty good

cassettes are pretty good

this band sounds like they have potential

so, yes, i kinda care because they have a much better line-up than most labels
