Stolen Transmission has announced some release plans for the coming season.
The label will be releasing the Oohlas' Best Stop Pop on September 26th. The band draws comparisons to bands ike Belly, Veruca Salt, Weezer and "perhaps" the Breeders. The band includes former Everclear drummer Greg Eklund.
You can check out a song here: "Small Parts."
The label is also planning an October 24th, 2006 release date for the new full length from Bright Light Fever. Titled the Evening Owl, the band is compared to Bleach-era Nirvana, and early White Stripes. The record was produced by Joby from The Bronx.
You can check out a track here: "Broken Hands."
