Grey Area have announced plans to reunite for a special show to say farewell to CBGB's, who will be leaving New York City this Halloween. The New York City hardcore band will be joined by None More Black.
The show will take place on September 24th, 2006 at CBGB's. It only seemed fitting to put up this little gem I filmed last year at the Save CBGB's show where the band opened for Orgcore legends Kid Dynamite. You can view the performance here or CBGB (39 comments)

I'd like to add that this thing was filmed standing on this little 1 1/2 foot thing sticking outta the wall....the risks I take to bring you kids the rock music. 3+ Replies

I love how this band was so bad that they can't sell any records or get people out to shows but they are loved now just because they opened for Kid Dynamite. This site is sickening sometimes. 6+ Replies

Grey Area should have been one of the most popular bands of their time. Great live show....great guys....amazing records. They did it all the right way. It's only fitting that they play a send-off for CBGB's.

weren't Grey Area on Victory Records back in the nineties? I've heard nothing from them since then so I assumed they were dead. The full length they put out for Victory (if I'm thinking the same band) was pretty good, I found it used a few years back. | Features
