Versoma, who were once known by the more offensive moniker, Matamoros, have had a major lineup. The band has announced the departure of drummer Greg Drudy (also of Hot Cross and Level Plane) and bassist Brad Wallace.

The band quickly filled the positions with the addition of Robin Fowler (of Sino Basila) on drums and Tom Clavin (of Anodyne, Disnihil) on bass.

The band includes members of Anodyne, Lickgoldensky and Orchid and takes influence from Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, Born Against, Unwound and Neurosis.
