RBF Release Date

Reel Big Fish are reporting that Zomba has acquired Mojo "as part of a push to diversify its artist roster and beef up its catalog offerings." They posted a statement by Jive Records president Barry Weiss saying, "Mojo has developed an array of credible, commercially successful artists who have succeeded by building fans through the traditional, painstaking, foolproof method of relentless touring... This has led to very strong career foundations that we hope to build upon.''

Whatever the details of the deal were, Mojo is back up and running. Expect the long delayed, yet to be titled, Reel Big Fish release to be released in Feb. / March 2002.

My favorite band are finally gonna release some new material! Woohoo! Some of the tracks already exist as live bootlegs, but i cant wait to hear what almost 4 years of studio time has produced. BRING ON THE FISH!

I stand by original statement that they are a boyband who ought not be covered on a punk news website. Although I will buy the new album, and most likely, download the two or so good songs on my computer and use the actual cd as a weapon to ward off 8th graders who think ska is the new thing.

What the fuck, fathead. Every comment I've ever heard from you has been about how much all these groups suck. Why do you even go to these sites if you don't like a single band? Maybe I've just been reading all the wrong comments by you, and I haven't read the articles on rick astley and Ratt, where you say how kick ass they are. whatever.
