Rise Records have signed Portland, Oregon act It Prevails. The 5 piece will begin recording their debut full-length with Kis Crummtt soon for an early 2007 release.
The label recommends the band "for fans of melodic hardcore ala Comeback Kid, Shai Hulud and Terror."
