Contests: Victory "Tuesday of Terror"

Earlier this week, Victory dropped five new releases on the world; the discs span every genre - from the theatrical Aiden to the bone-crushing hardcore of Scars of Tomorrow.

The label has decided to commemorate the releases by offering five winners, one copy of each of the five releases which hit this Tuesday as well as a shirt and poster from each band. That's a lot of music and merch.

To enter, please use the form below.
Punknews.org will only contact you if you win.
You also give us permission to use your first name and city when announcing the winners.
If you're under 13, you have to have your parent's permission.
All entries must be received by December 3rd, 2006 at 12:00 A.M. EST.

I have all of these albums. I didn't pay for them though and the highest score I gave to any of em was like a 3 or 4 out of 10. I still havent gotten around to listening to Moros Eros, though.

Tony Victory: Seriously, loosing Earth Crisis on the world just fucked everything up for SXE hardcore. By giving them a deal, you made HC suck. Hardline gave people an excuse to hate SXE, and EC's brand of crap-metal has warped thousands of kids' definitions of the word "hardcore". Also, trend-hopping ain't cool, Tony. Just because emo is popular, doesn't mean it's good. Same thing goes for metalcore, or screamo, or whatever. Have fun thinking you're the coolest person at all the MTV2 parties. Maybe Zakk Wylde will let you wipe his ass.

Record labels are only as good as the acts they record and release. No executive ever sold a record at Best Buy, never mind a download at iTunes. In this crazy fucked-up world we live in somehow the execs think THEY are the artists.

Artistry is not something that can be quantified. Nor is it something that can be learned. Artists are born. And are developed outside the educational system. Just ask Bruce Springsteen. As for "American Idol", that’s about stars, not artists.
