Recent Mental Records signing, Automatic Seven have set February 2007 release for their upcoming
album, tentatively titled At Funeral Speed. The release marks the end of a six year recording hiatus.
The band, which formed in 1993, previously released albums on both BYO and Vagrant including 2002's acclaimed Beggars Life which drew comparisons to both Jawbreaker and Social Distortion. You can check out some new songs on their myspace page. News (8 comments)

In another solid move, Automatic 7 has decided to release an album on this label. Who the hell are the other bands? Automatic 7 had a good thing going with BYO which they fucked up and it's most likely the same thing that happened with Vagrant. The lead singer has ties or gets advice from some real losers bottom feeding the world of punk rock. Oh wait, that could be anybody! | Features
