Rx Bandits debut new video

Rx Bandits have posted the first video from their newfull length, ...And the Battle Begun.

The album, which earned acclaim in the Punknews.org year end lists, was their first for Mash Down Babylon, a label formed by the band's Matt Embree.

He can't do guitar and keys at the same time. The album was recorded live, so one of them must have been overdubbed during recording.

also i think the departed steve borth played keys on some parts of some songs. without him i imagine its now more difficult to cover all the parts, but generally there's nothing overdubbed on their records that isnt replicated live.

putting the word scenester in any relation to rxbandits is bull, this band is the most unscene, legit band around.

video is exactly what they should have stripped down, visual but all just about rocking a great song.

this band is so tight.

I definitely wasn't expecting them to do a video for that song, but it ended up great.

They should do one for Only For The Night or In Her Drawer for the next one.

Chris Tsagakis is definitely one of my favorite drummers.

well obviously these guys are talented...but they haven't really done much for me since Progress. Progress was years ahead of its time though.

dude how can you be so wrong? you liked progress, so you've got SOME sense, but resignation was such a leap forward after that album, and the battle begun shows them really coming into and perfecting there sound

I'd argue that they have tons of melody (if not too much). What I'm missing is a solid catchy "hook" for me to latch on to. Don't get me wrong, I love that they're amazing musicians, but I'm a sucker for a catchy melody.
