Insubordination Records has launched a new imprint label to focus on "high energy punk rock." The main label is well known for power-pop and pop-punk including the Copyrights, Big in Japan and others.
To help kick off the new imprint, the label has enlisted Italy's The Retarded. The band will be releasing their latest album, Goes Louder on March 6th, 2007. The label promises "rock & roll, done with reverence to the sound heralded by Motorhead, Kiss, AC/DC and the Ramones." For a taste of the band, you can visit their myspace page.
