Sparta, mewithoutYou debut trailer for upcoming tour

The recently announced co-headlining tour featuring Sparta and mewithoutYou has posted a trailer featuring live and video footage from both participating acts.

You can check it out in: Windows Media (56) / Windows Media (300) / Real Audio (56) / Real Audio (300) / Quickime (low) / Quicktime (high) The tour kicks off today, both bands are touring in support of 2006 releases: Threes and Brother, Sister, respectively.

why does mewithoutyou get so much props? The whole spoken word over post-hardcore riffs schtick gets old super fast

Sparta on the otherhand < at.the.drive.in but still better than alot of shite floating around these days

i think they get so much "props" because they have more than the one album youre referring to. they did that on the first record, but still better than most other bands that try. they have 2 other records now, both of which are incredible, and neither of which are anything close to something that gets old fast.

It's like a who's-who of shit. Perhaps in your world, mewithoutYou is better than 95% of bands, because they are certainly better than those three piles of rotting dicks.

you really should have mentioned that Aloha is opening for the bands on this tour... they're a lot better than both Sparta & mewithoutYou.

I bought a ticket to Sparta in Pittsburgh, and then a week later Leftover Crack posted a show on the same goddamn day. What is that garbage? Anyway, I think I'm still going to Sparta because they are actually really talented and positive. I love me some Leftover Crack, but I'd rather support Sparta I think. And Leftover Crack's new stuff isn't my cup of tea. Fuck thouigh, either way I'm going to miss a great show.

mewithoutyou are a very good band. As someone said earlier they've moved on passed the spoken word stuff. I hate religion, and yet I really enjoy this band.

Also they are really awesome live.
