Neurosis post new track from "Given to the Rising"

Legendary post-hardcore act Neurosis have posted the first song from their upcoming album. The record is titled Given To The Rising and is due out May 08, 2007. It is the follow up to Eye Of Every Storm released in 2004.

I never post here, but i can just say that these guys are Masters. In light of everything going on in independent music, where you have guys like Tom from Against Me!, who digs punk philosophy, but sucks corporate cock, because he's addicted to bigger crowds. It is nice to know that some bands have consistently kept it real and challenged themselves... It cracks me up to think that Steve Von Till's day job is a 3rd grade teacher.

Looking forward to the record.

This song would fit nicely on Through Silver In Blood. Can't say I saw that coming, considering their previous 2 records, but I definitely enjoy it.
