Videos: Kisschasy: "Opinions Won't Keep You Warm At Night"

Australia's Kisschasy have posted the first single from their upcoming album which is due out in July. While friendly musically, the video takes sharp aim at the relationship between George Bush, Tony Blair and Australia's own leader John Howard. Kim Jong-Il even makes an appearance.

Worsening industrial relations, high taxes, our treatment of refugees, our troop presence in Iraq, Afghanistan, Solomon Islands and East Timor, drought in many places, bush fires, cyclones in Northern Queensland, the ever widening gap between rich and poor and also indigenous and non-indigenous relations. There's a few, I'd list more but it's only 7:30am and I'm not properly awake yet.

the singer must really know what hes talking about when he says "lying through your teeth". looks like hes done his fair share.

second, what do american government officials, and tony blair (?) have to do with australia? what an obvious gimick for a stupid band.

Some of you guys are really fucking stupid, you know that?

a) You don't know the band, you don't know what the song is about, you don't know why they made the video like that, so don't judge something you don't understand.

b) Unless you have seen Kisschasy live MORE THAN once, you can't judge their playing (or singing) ability either. They happen to be one of the best Australian bands as far as live shows goes and if you actually went to one of their headlining shows (ie. where they're not supporting) you might agree with me.

c) If you think I'm some whining girl who's obsessed with the boys in the band, you're dead wrong. Look at my grammer, my sentence structure, etc. I'm an adult male who's into a huge variety of different musical styles, I'm fairly intelligent, AND I've been a fan of theirs since 2003- way before any of their current

It's a cool clip. Clever that John Howard is the little shit tag along brother while Tony and Bush have the limelight. Very true! Dick is funny at the end.

well to start off, i love this band, love this video and love this song, i also love the message being conveyed to the audience through this video!
