are there any lyrics in this song about riding bitches to hell and blowing kisses? 8+ Replies

This is probly my favourite song from "Blackhawks". It reminds me quite a bit of "Velvet Alley" or "Lost Motel", 2 of the best of their newer more melodic metal/punk fusion songs. 1+ Reply

I am so glad this song really catch my attention and by that I mean it is really REALLY good. A lot better than The Calling they released earlier but that song is in no way any bad. It just that this one really made it to me! Can't wait to see them in Malmö, Sweden, on the 8th or 9th of July. 3+ Replies

This cd is almost better than EIO. 1+ Reply

I think this'll have to grow on me. It didn't catch me right away...and that's saying a lot because I fucking love this band and have their logo tattooed on me. But neither did EIO and I LOVE that cd. 2+ Replies

Why does every song have that layered vocal thing going on? They did it in their last album too. 3+ Replies

so....this band has a talented guitar player and drummer. lyrics are average to crappy, singer's voice isn't anything special....i must be missing something. 3+ Replies

this is too slow, it's just falt out bad too. a wilhelm scream's 'the king is dead' is better than anything these guys have done in 10 years. 7+ Replies

I can't stop listening to this CD. If it wasn't for that stupid acoustic intro before "Calling," it would be absolutely perfect. 1+ Reply

This is one of the better songs on the record. The album is growing on me slowly but I still think it's mediocre compared to their past efforts (except AAP, which I'm apparently one of the few people who really disliked that album).

I think Jason Cruz sounds much better on earlier albums then he does on newer ones. He still hits the notes but he's older and his voice ain't what it was. They are still awesome and even more awesome live.

I just don't get the Strung Out bashing. Ok, if you don't like them, then you are entitled to your opinion. But some of the things being thrown out there are just plain insane. I mean, "boring", are you bloody kidding me??? Strung Out has to be one of the most technically sound punk bands that have remained true to their sound while growing and always pushing the envelope in their unbelievable mix of punk, rock and metal. To not give this band credit for what they have done over the years is just wrong. And the guitars and drums (at the very least) deserve respect for their intensity and ingenuity. Jesus, listen to some of those riffs - amazing. I, for one, appreciate this band and am frickin pumped for this album. From a listen to the first two songs, they remain as solid as ever. Along with bands like Bad Religion and Ignite, truly inspiring mus show rest of comment 3+ Replies
