Me First and the GImme Gimmes announce the Square Dance 7" Series

Fat Wreck Chords has announced the Me First and the Gimme Gimmes Square Dance Series, a set of 5 limited edition 7" records to be released in the coming months. The square shaped vinyl will be 1,000 each and will feature a track from their recent Love Their Country full length plus an unreleased b-side. The first in the series will feature Dolly Parton covers, including the album cut "Jolene" and the unreleased "I Will Always Love You."

The releases will only be available via Fat Wreck Chords.

I like the idea of a 7 inch series,I like the gimmes and I like fat wreck.but I still think that 2 songs (and one of them being previously released) on a 7 inch is a fucking rip-off and a waste of precious vinyl.
