Charities: Bouncing Souls / Chunksaah raising money for family of Zach Finch

Chunksaah Records are raising money for the family of Zack Finch. Finch was a well known figure in the Central NJ punk scene, having played in bands like the Gallows, Benchpress 3000 and the Sirs. He was killed when leaving the Stone Pony venue on July 8th in a motor vehicle accident.

To help Zach's family in this difficult time, the label has started a number of fundraising initiatives. At each of the remaining Wednesday "Punk Nights" at the Asbury Lanes the label will donate a dollar for each person in attendance. Also at the Punk Nights they'll have a merchandise table setup with proceeds going to the family. Furthermore, the label is auctioning off two pairs of tickets to the Court Tavern show on August 19th featuring the Bouncing Souls, Lifetime, the Ergs and Static Radio NJ.

Hmm, I can tell by your clever response that you're no more than 15, 16 max and I'm not here to have a little internet fight with you, just speaking up for someone who can't anymore...I could sink down to your level and say something to the tune of "oh yea, go fuck your fat mother in the ass with your small wimpy dick" but I'll refrain and just end it on the note of this: he was not a redneck nor right wing. Perhaps you should research what you're posting on before you make a total ass of yourself. Brendan Kelly would not be pleased.

How could you even say your speaking up for someone who can't speak for themselves anymore?? You basically called him a right winged red neck. I new him extremely well and I don't have to research shit. That was a harsh comment for someone you propably didn't even know.

The Ergs! are awesome, they sound like Ramonescore. I suggest you start off with Jersey's Best Prancers EP.

They're amazing. Doesn't matter where you start. It's all good, but Dorkrockcordrod is probably my favorite.

Speaking of the Souls, I think EA is getting slightly better with their tracks for the NHL games. I say this because there is an Only Crime track in 08, I forgot which one, and thats the one track I know in the game. I think that's cool enough, too bad 06 had Fall Out Boy and Bullet For My Valentine... eugh... and I didn't bother with 07

I am very sorry for the loss of Zack. The Richmond scene recently lost a wonderful person as well, so I know how hard it is and how hard it will be to recover. My thoughts are with every person that knew him and misses him.
