Explosions in the Sky have announced a fall US tour as well as a trip to the UK set for January 2008. The band released All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone earlier this year.

If they weren't opening for The Pumpkins, I would goto one of the boston shows. I bet seeing them at the Rhyman would be mindblowing, that place has SUCH good acoustics. 1+ Reply

I checked these guys out at Coachella right before Against Me! came on and they were amazing live. Before I saw them I was complaining to my friends that I wished they had a singer but after seeing them live and how much they improvise and basically just rock the fuck out I see why they don't need one. | Features

So I'm not sure if it was the movie or the show Friday Night Lights, but for the opening credits they used a shot of the street going through downtown where I live. I thought it was pretty cool, but random because my town sucks.
