Hepcat's Alex Desért on The Sarah Silverman Program

This Wednesday, partime actor and part-time Hepcat singer, Alex Desért, will be on a upcoming episode of "The Sarah Silverman Program" on Comedy Central. The Episode will air 10:30PM EST after South Park.

Let's just hope he doesn't have to lick anything on this one.

There was one sequence that I thought was funny in one episode, where she has all these nostalgic, soft-focus flashbacks to all the times she's had to go into the abortion clinic, but other than that it's pretty shitty, and a waste of Brian Posehn.

I've never understood the appeal of Sarah Silverman. Is it because she's a moderately attractive girl who says disgusting, filthy things that you'd never expect to hear from a moderately attractive girl?

I do miss Mitch Hedberg, though not as much as I miss Bill Hicks and the times when George Carlin was funny.

I saw the 1st night of Carlins new tour here in Las Vegas last month and though a short set, he killed it.

Really? I saw him last year, and most of his short (40-45 min) set was spent trying out new material that had more misses than hits. I guess he's gathered the best of it for his next HBO special, which should be coming out early next year. Hell, I'll still watch it.

Finally, a voice of reason!!! Becker RULED!!!! I got the whole series on DVD (not commercially available; i know someone who knows someone that taped every single one off the tv and made a dvd set-in chronological order, complete with episode titles and artwork on the boxes and discs)

i saw the first like... 6 episodes of this show and thought it was fucking hilarious. do people really have such shitty senses of humor. i'm sure they love ever show that has a laugh track tacked onto it so they know when to laugh, because they are too stupid otherwise.

i've only seen one episode of this show(joan of arf), but i thought it was pretty funny. especially the whole rehab group therapy scene. i guess it's only funny if you keep in mind that there really are therapy groups like that. actually, i guess that makes it kind of scary, . and yea, sara silverman is fairly attractive, but i noticed she has a disproportionately large neck. and it's not just long, it's thick too.
