Dinosaur Jr. will be hitting the road next month. The influential three piece is supporting their new record Beyond, which was released this past spring via Oxford, MI blues label Fat Possum.

What's it gonna fucking take to get them to come back to Cleveland?

They haven't been here since the Summer of 05 and it seems like they've been on a constant tour since then.

I missed em two years ago and it's starting to seem like they might never be back.

1. It's only been two years.
2. Cleveland gets plenty of great shows anyway.
3. Go to the show in PA, it's 2 hours away.

1. You have a point, and I wouldn't mind as much if they hadn't been on a seemingly endless tour in those two years where they've hit some places two or three times (the Colorado area comes to mind).
2. Can't argue there.
3. Fuck Pittsburgh. Not the people (I have no problem with them). I hatehateHATE trying to find my way around that place though. One wrong turn & you're driving in circles for a half hour. I'd go in a heartbeat if I can find a driver though. I guess Buffalo's not too far either.

Beyond is such an awesome record. Its probably their third best and thats saying a lot considering how good YLAOM and Bug are. I'd even go so far to say Beyond is one of the greatest comeback records of the last decade.

I enjoy Dinoaur Jr., but I don't know if I would like them live. Are they worth it?
