They started off as pretty straightfoward hardcore/screamo, but they slowly started playing around with post-rock, and now they do a pretty good job of blending it. You should check them out.

I like my music refined, sure, but what i cannot stand is when it lacks... a backbone. You keep listening to "Traitor" or whatever those surrender failures call themselves in that despicable islamic dialect of theirs. If you need me, I'll be right over there eating freedom fries and suporting our brave men in uniform.

I'm having trouble getting into that newest one as well, except the one song that scares the shit outta me. The two previous albums you must hear. I reccomend listening with the lights out with plenty of things around that need a good smashing.

maybe i'll give it a try. they were a band i very much wanted to like, but i found that LP to be really predictable and not that well written. i'll check out the other stuff.
