Defiance, Ohio's The Fear, The Fear, The Fear has gotten a release date of December 4th. You can currently pre-order the LPs and CDs and the band is expecting to post an official download of the album on that date as well.
In their recent update on the album's status the band hints at the fact that even when a band is going to give an album for free, people still jump the gun and upload the album to others early. This album is the followup to the critically appreciated The Great Depression. No Idea Records (29 comments)

Already pre-ordered the LP. I'd get the CD but it doesn't seem to make much sense if it's going up for free download. I'm really happy that relationships like this and Bomb the Music Industry!/Asian man Records exist. It's really amazing that a band will give away their music and a label will put out a physical product.

A few months ago, I learned that the quickest way to turn a group of bike punks against you is to tell them that this is not the greatest band in the world.

The cd is pretty awesome, I've been listening to it a lot. The List is an awesome song. 1+ Reply

I'm ordering the LP next time I have money. Hopefully soon. This album is great.

Pretty decent band, but it seems to me that most of the "bike punx" that cling to this band so hard do so because D,OH is what they wanted AM! to be. I dunno, just sayin'....

this album is like all the awesome songs off the great depression. its really dark, but super awesome.

Oh my God. Remember that terrible band "A Day to Remember?" I thought they couldn't get any worse, but they have. They covered Kelly Clarkson on their MySpace and added screaming/guttural vocals. I PROMISE you'll get a laugh. Listen to the whole thing. 3+ Replies

this band doesn't get on my nerves nearly as much as this bike is a pipe bomb does. i'm stoked.

As I'm typing this with my left hand I'm preordering this CD with my right hand on my other computer.

i don't really like this album as much as their older ones, call me crazy. however, i have been listening to it on a M4A 128 bits version, so maybe it's that 1+ Reply

I saw defiance at Mass Art, and it was so over crowed that they had to play 2 sets. I snuck into the first one for free, but they played maybe 4 songs. What a let down. The band just hasn't been the same since. | Features
