Tours: Finch (West Coast)

San Diego's Finch have announced the first block of dates for a reunion tour. The shows grew out of the band's one-off gig at the Glass House in Pomona, CA on November 23, 2007. Following the West Coast run, the band is promising both a East coast and a Midwest tour.

The band announced an "indefinite break" last year. They released Say Hello to Sunshine in 2005 and What It Is to Burn in 2002.

actually i got kicked out of finch's first east coast show, so i'll just leave that as the only time i ever saw them.

They only went on the "break" a year ago.

I do. About 45 minutes north-east of San Diego. Right? It's been about a year. But I remember a lot of skin heads.

I'll admit it, I think Say Hello to Sunshine was excellent. It took awhile to grow on me, but now I love it. I also give them some respect for not just making another generic pop-punk-emo-hard rock album and trying something different.

True story: Went to a show in either 2001 or 2002 in a 200 person venue:
Homegrown
Sugarcult
Finch
Yellowcard

I started lactating for three weeks immediately after the show. It was insane.
