ALL reunites in Fort Collins

This past weekend ALL reunited for an unannounced reunion performance in Fort Collins, Colorado. The long-running band features three members of Descendents. Chad Price's current band, Drag the River, was the band scheduled to play.

Karl is actually in 2 bands right now. Underminer and The Vultures. He also recently toured with The Lemonheads. At most other times, he can be found at the Surfside 7 bar in Fort Collins. He's been active for months.

Secret shows from A Wilhelm Scream, The Flatliners, Only Crime, and No Use For A Name all in the past 6 months alone.

the only crime and wilhelm scream shows weren't well publicized, but weren't secret. Unfortunately, no Use For A Name didn't play any shows while they were here. They did record at the Blasting Room though.

the blasting room is probably the reason most of those bands were there in the first place, and did gigs while they were there.

when i finish my music tech degree, i'd fucking sell my soul to work with stevenson and livermore at the blasting room!

fort collins is a great place. i don't really get what your comment about "nothing happening here" is supposed to mean...have you ever been to wyoming?

This story is all fucked. Don't believe what it's saying. Drag had their own thing in Ft. Collins that night. The opening bands were Scott and the Steaming Beast, Slorder/40 Engine, which is pretty much Scott era ALL minus Bill and Karl. So Bill and Karl decided to do a few songs with Slorder/40 Engine. Drag the River played too. All in all (pun intended!) it was a GREAT show that I missed. There, I hope that clears up some thing for you.

First there was a Descendents reunion at a Lemonheads show. Now there'a and ALL reunion at a Drag The River show. I hope both Descendens and ALL have albums come out soon. Speaking of which, wasn't ALL supposed to release and instrumental album a while back?

So this story is all kinds of inaccurate. ALL -- with Scott singing, not Chad -- played a surprise set opening for Drag The River. It wasn't two separate shows, and Chad wasn't performing with ALL.

Drag The River is Chad Price and Jon Snodgrass' band. Drag The River played extremely well.

The ALL set was sort of an unplanned opener. They haven't played or rehearsed in over five years.

Chad isn't out of ALL. Scott Just happened to sing that night. Maybe it could be a two-headed (or three-headed if you count Milo) baby for a while.

It was an amazing night. Best line-up for a show ever? Probably.

Slorder: ALLish instro stuff with Stephen and two other allstars.
40 Engine: Slorder plus Scott Reynolds
ALL reunion. Holy shit.
2 hours of Drag the River.

I submitted this (not a fake account) but I did not get the information inaccurate, it got changed. ALL played a short suprise set before Drag the River. Chad did not just, only Scott. Chad sings for DTR.

you can argue that the Descendents contributed more to punk, although in 2008, ALL is now every bit as legendary as the Descendents are, its been twenty years since they formed.

when i'm in the mood for more poppy-punk tunes, then ALL is my favorite. when i'm in the mood for more snotty tunes, then the Descendents are my favorite

I am one of the few people that (A) likes All better than the escendants, and (B) thought Chad was All's best vocalist, especially on "Pummel". That dude has a powerful voice!!
