New Jersey's Bigwig have announced plans to tour the US, Canada, Japan and Europe over the course of the year. New material is also reportedly in the works. From the band:

Fuckin right!! Hello all… Looks like we will be heading out (with some killer bands TBA) starting late may and june for east coast U.S.A. and canadian dates. We will be taking of july and august off to record some new jams. Europe, U.K., Japan,and west coast U.S.A. is in the works for september, october,and november. No dates confirmed yet so we will keep ya posted as soon as we know.

There's no news yet on who is filling the spot left vacant by former drummer Keith Yosco, who departed nearly a year ago. The band is still supporting 2006's Fearless Records release Reclamation.
