Ted Leo and the Pharmacists have been tapped to support Pearl Jam on six of their upcoming US dates. The shows kick off June 19th and see the two bands on the road until the end of that month.

I'm all for Ted getting as much publicity as he can, but this is a weird combination. I mostly say that because Ted is incredible, and Pearl Jam were a mediocre band even in their prime and now are just embarrassing. 2+ Replies

Hardly. Maybe the music doesn't match perfectly, but as far as political ideologies go, they are pretty similar to one another.
