Underoath have posted a track from their upcoming live album. The record is titled Survive, Kaleidoscope and is due out May 27, 2008. It is the follow-up to Define the Great Line which was released in 2006.

You can find "In Regards to Myself (live)" on their myspace page.

I like Underoath, but seriously this song was the first track on the last album. They made a video for it and now as for a taste for this they put a live version of the song? Lame.

I like how Spencer has no range live. Listen to the live version of the song, then listen to the studio version. God bless pro tools...

The rest of the dinner was smooth. It turns out Aaron's parents knew about it even before my parents knew about it. They were totally cool with it too. I feel stupid about worrying so much before.
We arrived home and my parents went to the Gillespie's to have some coffee. I just stayed outside in my backyard with Aaron, on the little hill. We looked up at the sky, it was clear and we could see clouds coming in.
I looked over at Aaron, his pale skin gleaming in the moonlight.
"Im so glad our parents are okay with everything." He tells me with a smile. I nod and roll on to my side to face Aaron.
"I called Sara, she admitted that she talked to your parents about it."
"Really? Why did she do it?"
"Cause she believed in us and wanted everything to work out. She really is a nice girl."
Aaron laughs, "And to think I used to have my doubts about her."
Then I felt a drop of rain on my skin, "I think its starting to rain." I obviously stated.
"Should we go in?" Aaron asked.
"Hmmm...in a minute!" I said with a chuckle as I lean in and kiss him on the mouth. We kissed for 15 minutes in the pouring rain, in my backyard. In the corner of my eye I thought I saw our parents peeking out at us and smiling.
"Aaron, they are watching us." I tell him. He grins and tossles his hair a bit.
"Like I care." He says as we start to kiss again.
"All I care about is you my Spee bear."
"I love you Aaron." I say in between kisses.
He stopped for a moment and cries a bit, still with a smile. You can barely see the tears because it was raining.
"All of this was worth waiting for. All the pain and uncertainty was worth you

I found the tense shifts to be a bit jarring, and I'd like a few more clues into Aaron's emotions. You do a good job with Spencer's character. I look forward to your next piece.

as incredibly mediocre this band is, I would rather have a 14 year old listening to this than Linkin Park or My Chemical Romance or NOFX or whatever awful bands kids are getting into. I mean, they are a shitty, third rate version of the mighty Botch!

When AOL was still cool, I went into a chatroom and some dude said he listened to 'punk like Linkin Park and NOFX'. Alot of people chimmed in saying they listened to those 'punk' bands also.
