I like this band, it doesn't bother me that they take so long in between albums. I think it's worth it.

Awesome band. I usually don't like it when a video follows the lyrics, but for this song (and the last video as well) I make exceptions. So good.

This is a very well directed video. I love how the editing and the shot roll right along with the pace of the song. I wish they didn't follow the lyrics to heavily though. The part where he literally climbs on to the table is corny. And of all the things to visualize, I still don't know what "two rings battling an extra head" means. Oh and finally, it was a bad decision to show John singing when he's clearly overlapping his own vocals in the song. It looks awkward.

Anyways... best Canadian beer, anyone?

i thought this album was overall pretty weak for the Weakerthans, but this is one of the better songs.

Can anyone say with any certainty what is going on at about 2:54 of this video? It is a strange moment. You may have to pause it to get a good look, but it's worth it.
