Phoenix, AZ's Andrew Jackson Jihad will be heading out on a tour over to The Fest 7 and back. The band released Only God Can Judge Me earlier this year through Plan-it-X Records.

looking at their entire catalog, i would agree. more quantity than quality.

they have however put out some amazing releases though (i really like AJJ for one) so it kinda evens out, i think.

I actually feel this way about AJJ. There are a handful of songs I really like, but the majority of them I find boring.

I moved here for work. Got laid off at my work in the LA area and had to take a transfer. The clubhouse is ok. I saw the Street Dogs there on Sunday. I kinda like how the bar area separates all the annoying kids from 21+ drunks like me who don't want to be bashed into while listening to music.

Yeah. That place is REALLY into separating drunks and minors. Theres the Horse and Hound right next door, too.

Have you been to the Modified before? It's right next to the Trunk Space, and the way that area is laid out, even though I've been there a thousand times, it's so fucking hard to find.

Flashlight Batman is touring Germany early next year with Fran Turner and Polar Bear Club.this was the best news I heard in days.my life sucks so hard right now it´s not funny anymore.

Yeah, man. That's the one. It's between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Apart from the university, where I live, and the castle it's a pretty dull place. And not enough bands tour this far north either.

Yes it is still there. It's not actually great for punk music. It has a small selection but the record shop part is still an absolute bombsite (I'm guessing it was when you were there even that long ago) so finding good records is near impossible. However, they are responsible for my love of the Dickies.
