Hamilton, ON's Arkells have posted a stream of their forthcoming full length, Jackson Square, which is due out October 28th.

You can check out the album here.

The band is in the midst of a Canadian tour.

I just finished a 2500 word essay and I have a LOT to do before I hand it in. Mostly just making it look tidy and getting it in before I have to go to work tomorrow etc. Fucking too tired to think anymore. Looks like another night of little sleep.

Dude, it's an orgcore album classic. It was a milestone for my guitar learning because the production is so bad, I'm surprised I was actually able to make out the different layers.

I have to get surgery on my leg to remove extra bone. Who has had surgery before? It's my first time and I'm a little nerous about anesthesia.

i've had about 10 or 11 minor surgeries in the past 5 years. nothing like getting bone removed though. well i guess wisdom tooth excision is similar i think like 4 or 5 on my left ear lobe, one on my right ear lobe, and one on my face. for some reason doctors can't figure out i keep getting cysts in my ear lobes, and one on my face below my left eye. anyway they start small and somehow get huge and inflamed and extremely painful, most were scheduled surgeries but 2 were emergency room visits where they suddenly popped up and made me pass out from pain. anyway the surgery itself is always painless due to local anesthetics, and in the case of these cysts and the fluid involved a huge relief. the recovery is what kills, when the numbness wears off you'll need lots of painkillers. i also had some strange pus filled membrane called a mucocele in my inner cheek that had to be

Damn, dude.

And word. I've never done any kind of drug (alcohol = drug? then maybe), so the thought of anethesia or any kind of chemical high type thing scares me. Not to mention how badly my anxiety disorder has been latel; this is just one more thing for me to worry about until my body just passes out from exhaustion. The last three months have sucked so badly.

yea alcohol is actually a pretty hard drug compared to some of the stuff out there, that's another story. don't worry about the anesthesia, it is your best friend in this situation. you're not concious long enough for it to really be a chemical high, it's just a very soft, fuzzy blackout. you got nothing to worry about, this ain't canada, the doctors will make sure you come out alright. i'm sorry you're having a bad streak man, but they do happen. the less you worry about things, the easier they will work themselves out. at least it's autumn (everywhere but this piece of shit state florida), this season usually makes me pretty cheerful after my mandatory depressed summers. optimism is key man, optimism is everything, even if it's forced. gaahh i don't know i'm not an advice guy. i love you! that MUST help!
