Pete Wentz to appear on Larry King Live

Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz is scheduled to appear on Larry King Live November 14th to discuss the results of Proposition 8, the bill that repealed the law that allowed gay marriage in California. He will be part of a group that includes Cynthia Nixon, Joy Behar, Mayor Gavin Newsome, and Rev. Jim Garlow.

The show airs on CNN at 9pm EST. More details available here.

Everyones favorite radio personality Michael Savage might appear on this panel too. He mentioned it yesterday on his show (yes I listen to Savage, it's amusing and my tape deck it broke) but said he might not go because he knows they'll just pick on him. and he said some musician he'd never heard of was gonna be there. lol!

i have law school finals in three weeks. come back to me when you have to start studying for finals over a month in advance and have to legitimately study six hours per day instead of waking up at noon to grab chipotle before your upper level communications studies class. sorry you can't play your wii.

Wah wah wah. In the professional business world, training classes are usually 3-4 days, 8 hours in class each day, covering anywhere from 300-500 pages of material and case studies, with an exam on all of it at the end of the 3rd or 4th day.

Oh yeah, and your company paid a thousand or two dollars just for you to be there. Which means you'd better fucking pass that exam or you'll have your boss asking you why the department just put up a bunch of money for you to be a failure.

Do I lose punx points for believeing that Fall Out Boy would be a pretty good pop-punk band (compared to the rest of the mainsteam ones at least) if they replaced Pete Wentz. For what they play, the rest of the guys are actually pretty good.

ah, but there is the misconception, when people hear "pop-punk" they think New Found Glory, they shouldn't. Stuff like the Descendants, Off With Their Heads, Teenage Bottlerocket is pop punk.

Larry Arms are definitely pop-punk in my mind, that's how i would classify them.

From what I've seen, Pete Wentz doesn't even do anything in that band. He just mugs it up while doing that "too cool to move my hands around" style of bass playing.

The real douchebag is that guitar player and his constant spinning around. If being dizzy is the same thing as being "passionate" on stage, wouldn't it be easier to just huff a bunch of Glade?

well if you listened to dub track one, you'd know that when we started off as a noise band with left handed bass and filing cabinet as instruments, and a cassette recorder from 1988, we called ourselves Poop. and now it is a "dumping" ground for whatever the fuck i want to put there when i feel like screaming at my laptop mic. so calling it shit really is kind of redundant. i'm going to keep posting that url intermittently because i get a chuckle every time i do it. and it's gotten me more plays in the last couple days than i had in all of the 2 years prior. i just hope that shit doesn't make people doubt my artistic integrity when ever i decide to do something serious, because I'm the second coming of John Lennon motherfucker.
