Casualties, Dwarves, American Steel, Off With their Heads at Punk Rock Bowling

BYO has announced the lineup for 2009's Punk Rock Bowling. The bill will feature The Casualties, The Dwarves, American Steel, Off with Their Heads, The Ignorant, Cockney Rejects, Street Dogs, CH3, Far From Finished, Guilty By Association, Manic Hispanic, The Bodies and Tiltwheel .

The shows take place over three days during punk rock bowling weekend in Las Vegas, NV. You can get tickets here.

The bowling alley by me has midnight neon bowling, but get this..............alcohol sales stop before it starts. WTF?!? Bars can sell until 2 here, yet the bowling alley stops at midnight. I'll pass.

Bowling w/ out beer is like sex w/out 16 year old girls.

Yeah there's this sweet bowling alley a half hour away that isn't neon but it's open 24 hours. Now if only alcohol sales were also 24 hours......those damn 2 AM laws need to change, cities need to start adopting Vegas laws.

Not all the bands playing bowl, but it's free to watch them bowl if that's your thing. Not all the bands there bowling play the shows. It's a blast and this year will be cool especially because THE BODIES never fucking play anywhere!

I'm gonna have to go to work at like midnight on Friday and Saturday night. Fuck. I'm sure I'll still be at the Dwarves/Off With Their Heads show, but I'll probably have to miss Cockney Rejects/Ch 3. Then maybe I'll have enough energy to get to the Sunday night party.
