Amanda Palmer of The Dresden Dolls has released the new video for the track, "Oasis." The song comes from her solo album, Who Killed Amanda Palmer?. The record was produced by Ben Folds and features collaborations with Folds as well as East Bay Ray of the Dead Kennedys, and many others.
The video is not safe for work. Roadrunner Records (22 comments)

Would make a great split-single with Ben Folds' "Brick." 2+ Replies

god this shit sounds just like the dresden dolls. when i listen to them it's like someone is playing the rent soundtrack over and over. i fucking hate that band, and her solo music. 1+ Reply

It's actually a really good record. I was a little put off because a few songs sound over produced and the two worst songs are back to back but over all it's very well written. Though, I'm not surprised it's dislike here.

I thought the album was pretty subpar. And this is probably one of my least favorite tracks on the CD. I understand it is supposed to be ironic that she is singing about rape and abortion in such a poppy way, but I knew girls like the subject of this song growing up so I don't find it overly amusing. 1+ Reply

I have this album and I like it a lot. I also like the Dresden Dolls. Am I no longer welcome? | Features
