The Wonder Years, All of Nothing plan split for March

The Wonder Years and All or Nothing are planning a split for release on March 10th, 2009. The split will feature two tracks apiece, and be titled Distances. The split was inspired by the two band's Hostels and Brothels Tour together in 2007 which saw the bands touring the UK together.

The Wonder Years have posted one of their tracks from the split, "Don't Open The Fridge," and you can find it here.

it's really cheap, it's basically the leftover scraps from other records, which is kind of cool if you think about, it looks more interesting than black, and that's why you only have to spend less than ten dollars for a record from them, give them a fucking break

So my sister wanted her walls red so I painted "REDRUM" in red conveniently placed near a mirror so the obvious "MURDER" is seen. Then I painted over it.... but it still showed through for 2 years. We moved out of the house and I wonder if the new people noticed.

Watch Out is a great album, probably my favorite. Crisis is solid, too. They also have a great split with moneen (and 2 music videos to go along with it) that is worth checking out.

SERIOUS TOPIC ALERT:
So i've been seriously thinking about being a vegaterian for quite some time. I was wondering if anyone else here are vegaterians/have friends that are what the transition was. Cold turkey? A gradual less consumption of meat? I know there are pills I can take for the protien I'll be lacking from the meat and the social aspect doesn't bother me (I'm punx as fuck, what do I care?) I love meat but I also like veggie burgers/hot dogs, pasta, rice, etc., I don't think that would be much of a problem.

This is probably some meme, but I am a vegetiarian. I cold turkeyed it because I didn't really like meat to begin with. My best friend is a buff meat head who... yes... loved meat, he slowly just narrowed it down to only eating like white meat, then just fish and that good stuff. It's really not that hard, and the people I know who went back to eating meat wasn't because they craved it, they just decided to. It's all not that hard.

If it became a meme I guess I would be flattered. To be honest I got my wisdom teeth taken out a few years ago and I couldn't eat meat for 4 days and after that I simply CRAVED IT and I forceed some ground beef down my throat. Not my proudest moment. But I go a few days at a time without meat now without poroblem, but usually after a while I can't reisst the allure of a longhorn burger. I'm never happy with myself.

I've only been vegan for over a year, but I went cold turkey. Meat often upset my stomach to begin with, and I never thought a vegetarian diet was easy or possible. but it is, and I feel good. Unless you're a body builder or hardcore athlete, dont worry too much about protein shakes or anything, and check for whey or animal proteins if you do decide to eat them. The average North American eats too much meat anyway. Eat lots of vegetables, make sure you get enough vitamins. The only thing you really need to watch out for is B12, which you get from animals. I have a smoothie every morning with fruit and fortified soy milk, which has like, 50% of your daily recommended intake. I love food, and its been way easier than I thought it would be, and I dont eat a lot of "fake" meat. I dont know if you're a girl or not, but if you are, I heard you should limit

i did a few years ago, and it only lasted a couple years but cold turkey is honestly the only way you can really do it. the best advice i can give is to try to not rely to heavily on fried foods, i ate a ton of grilled cheese and fries and i think that lead to me gaining a bit of weight when i stopped eating meat

I've been vegetarian for 13 years and it's super easy (vegan is a pain in the ass, but veggie is easy).
You probably don't need to worry about protein because most meat eaters actually consume way too much protein and we can get tons of protein from beans, rice, whole wheat bread, soy milk, tofu, peanut butter and of course cheese and eggs if you're not going the vegan route.

The only thing we lack from not eating meat is CARNITINE and that can be found in a pill form (often called L Carnitine). Google it.

After initially HATING that album, it grew on me. Fall Apart, Mostly Memories, and PS Shock The World are really the only songs that warrent repeat listens. Maybe In-Dependence Day too.

I mean, I am not just a casual ltj fan. So I enjoyed it enough and it was in my car and playing for at least 3 weeks. And some of the songs are ok. But PS Shock The World is one of the "moderately well liked" ones that I just totally don't get. I don't get that one at all. But what I meant to say was I liked some of them well enough off the bat and was not just a general hater on principle which is to say I don't mean much of anything.
