Tera Melos have released a new, free covers EP. The EP, titled Idioms, Volume 1, features the band's take on songs from The Beach Boys, The Clash, Pixies, Rivers Cuomo and Polaris. The Polaris track is, in fact, the Pete & Pete theme song.

When I get involved in that "2 truths and 1 lie" icebreaker, I always say that Artie from Pete & Pete is my uncle. 1+ Reply

I'm trying to check out Tera Melos, but I imagine a covers CD isn't the best place to start. I'm going to watch Beyond the Pale now. | Features

Can't wait to check this out. And, they offered it up in lossless format? That's awesome.
