Lifter Puller to release anthology

Famed indie rock band Lifter Puller have recently announced plans to put out an anthology on the band's website. Not much information is given, except for that it's planned to be released in 2009 along with a book.

The band released Fiestas & Fiascos in 2000 before breaking up. Guitarist and vocalist Craig Finn and bassist Tad Kubler went on to form The Hold Steady , who released Stay Positive in 2008.

I'm not entirely sure what they're planning on putting on this, but they also have a compilation of a shitload of tracks called Soft Rock. You can find it illegally on the internet, and I think it's on various other 'legal' downloading sites. If you look it up you should be fine.
