Philadelphia, PA's Paint It Black will be headed to Godcity studio in April in Salem, Massachusettes to record nine new songs with producer Kurt Ballou Converge. The band has yet to announce a release tied to this recording session.

they should set something up to sonically capture the action of dan yemin pointing at his own head since that doesn't show up on recordings normally. 1+ Reply

Didn't I read somethig about a series of 7in singles or PIB going away from the traditional album release. Kinda like what the souls are doing? 3+ Replies

Hells yeah......'New Lexicon' was, in my opinion, the best of 2008 and I can always use more PIB. At 9 songs this is either going to be a very short, brutal album or something entirely new...either way it will be awesome. They just can't fail. | Features
