That's right, Punknews, Team Science Records and The Swellers are teaming up to give one lucky reader a test pressing of the record as well as a copy of it on each color (red and blue). One runner up will receive both colors of the record, while a second runner up will receive a copy of the record in the color of their choice.

Seriously. I loved the show for the first little while and then every time I thought I was going to get some answers to some of the questions from the start of the series, they raised a whole bunch of new questions without answering the old ones. Then they took a mid-season break for like 8 weeks right after a big cliffhanger episode. I haven't watched it since. Fuck Lost.

Team Science sent out a shipping on Friday from Houston to Vinyl Collective, so they should be there right now, then hopefully by next week they'll all start getting shipped out. I just found this out a week ago! But sit tight, it'll be there for sure.

I absolutely love this band, they make me forget that it's not 1997 any more. There are few punk bands still around today that get me pumped to skate, but these guys pick up the slack for everyone. Also, they're incredibly solid live, and Nick is a really nice dude.

I'm so sick of hearing shitty bands. If I see a new band on punknews.org, I'll usually click their link, in most cases, probably. If I have a moment I might stream one of their songs on their shitty myspace thing. I am sad, sad, sad to report that 98 percent of these bands are horrendously devoid of any redeeming qualities.

I vote for new bands who have substance and set their fucking money on fire from behind their merch-tables. I want bands who strangle their own fans with t-shirts.

That's what I want. Post more of it. Stop with this other nonsense. It's giving me ear-cancer.

Edmonton and Calgary are both bigger than most of the American cities these bands tour through, with Winnipeg being not far behind, and Saskatoon, Regina, and Kelowna are all comparable to a lot of cities in the American mid-west.
