Videos: Black Lips In India

VBS.tv has posted their full documentary chronicling the Black Lips recent tour of India. We previously ran a preview of footage from the controversial trip. VBS commented:

Having previously charted a course through the more exotic hinterlands of the American South, Northern Mexico, and the Middle East, Atlanta's Black Lips trained their sights east to India a few months ago and chaos ensued. Join us as the band attempts to bring flower punk to the subcontinent and pays dearly for doing so.

The Black Lips recent expedition to India was marked by a series of fairly seismic culture shocks. Everything from bottle-throwing fans at a gig in Pune, to livid show promoters in Chennai who chased them out of the country, all in response to a bunch of full-frontal punk rock provocateurs from Atlanta.

really? but i mean, even action movies have song/dance numbers in them. even slumdog millionaire had a fucking dance number.

are there any indian films that don't have that? are they all required to have that? is that just something that sells in india, so they just decided to have song and dance routines in every single movie produced, regardless of genre?

In my opinion, Dawn of the Dead is funnier than Shaun of the Dead.

Dawn was hilarious because it was so ridiculous and outrageous... Shaun tried too hard.

How often do you guys shit? I haven't shit since Thursday. I've only ever shit maybe once or twice a week, but people tell me they take multiple shits a day which I can't even fathom.

No not at all, my shits are always normal amount/consistency, and I never feel discomfort from not shitting. I just only get that I Have To Shit feeling once every four days or so.

I kinda like that I don't shit every day though, it wastes a few minutes of my day that I'd rather be spending doing something else

2 or 3 times a day is normal for me. i looked it up. its normal to shit anywhere from once every other day to three times every day.

I was like you once. Then I got roids and had to really take care of what I ate. I started eating lots of nuts, like almonds, and a whole mess of fiber. I now go at least once a day, which kind of sucks because I have a phobia of public washrooms. It's extremely inconvenient.

this is kind of like the nofx documentary except that these guys are offensive on stage, not just during the interview parts.

also they are giving away the documentary for free online rather than selling it to a major television network and then selling the dvd.

This wasn't that good, but i just watched nofx backstage passport yesterday and I actually liked it. It started being a bit too formulaic after the first 3 episodes and the second half of the season just flew by without any mark what so ever, but all in all it was good and production values were suprisingly high.
