Equal Vision signs We Came As Romans

Equal Vision Records has signed Detroit's We Came As Romans. The band previously released the Dreams EP and will be working with producer Joey Sturgis (The Devil Wears Prada, Emarosa, Before Their Eyes) at his Foundation Recording Studio in Connersville, IN this June.

Currently putting the final touches on the new material, Cotton promises "the full length will be similar to the EP but with a new edge to it." It is planned for a Fall 2009 release.

not to defend this most likely shite band, but equal vision has put out a lot more that is as substantial as or more so than Bane. Converge, Bear vs Shark, American NIghtmare, Saves the Day, and Snapcase come to mind, imo at least.

i haven't really explored much of their catalogue... the band that they signed here does not encourage me to do it though.

i'd say go for it, they've always been hit or miss, more miss lately, but they have put out their share of decent/ really good albums.

this is honestly one of the most shocking signings i've ever heard of/witnessed/heard about ever - this band is horrible and can't even draw in michigan. honestly what does equal vision see in them?
