Posted by aubin on Monday, June 22, 2009 at 4:00 PM (EDT)  Our stream today comes from Sudbury, ON-based Vicious Cycle. We've got a stream of the band's new full length, Pale Blue Dot. The album is a blend of traditional 1980's American hardcore and experimental instrumentation. It was rrecorded with Jonah Falco (Fucked Up, Career Suicide) and mixed by Jon Drew. The album features vocal appearances by George Pettit (Alexisonfire) and Damian Abraham (Fucked Up).

I have the "I'm watching you" 7". It's pretty awesome. Not a whole lot of experimental instrumentation though.

I have a 7" of theirs, they are pretty good. Having visited Sudbury as a kid it surprises me there would even be two good punk bands from there (the other one being Statues).
