Ben Barnett (ex-Kind of Like Spitting) to release solo album

Ben Barnett, primary lyricist and songwriter of the now-defunct Kind of Like Spitting, revealed his plans to release a solo album via Barsuk Records in the coming months. Barnett released a tour-only demo titled Songs About Zombies and Trust Issues previously.

Kind of Like Spitting last released a Your Living Room's All Over Me">split with Lemuria in 2006.

He used to go to the same shows as me here in DC. I think he posted a comment saying "I would review some better bands if I wasn't in a crippling depression." Take that for what is it.
