The very idea of any sort of union of the two of these bands is revolting, and I used to enjoy Sublime a great deal in elimentary school.

i grew out of them, but having grown up in southern california skating, smoking weed, and listening to punk rock they definitley had their place in my youth.

one thing i will say is that they were one of the best cover bands ever. who else could cover the descendents, bad religion, the grateful dead, the toyes, the toots and the maytals, and the melodians on one cd and still keep it somewhat cohesive.

Strung Out solos suck.

NoFX (I did that to piss you off) has some really fucking awesome solos sometimes (the wah wah in seperation, reeko, etc). The Living End does too.
