I love the Gamblers, but I was very underwhelmed when I saw them with Rancid and Rise Against last month.

But that might of been an off night, who knows?

Are you comingup from Tucson? If so the club is right off the 60, so it should be easy enough to find! (10 west, to the 60 east, get off @ mill, go north on mill, South east corner of mill and southern)

Radio Room rocks it, as well.

Casbah is just such a great place, though. Nothing like grabbing a beer at the back bar, then walking out to the patio for a smoke with Jumbo Jets screeching over head. Sounds odd, but its pretty cool.

I just can't imagine living in the apartment right above it. Between the shows everynight, the trains, and the constant airplanes it would be hell.

I was talking to the bouncer there and no one seems to know much about it. He said they all wonder who would live there. He was saying the turn over rate is pretty high, so I guess everyone thinks they can handle it and then just bails quick.

I think that place would be rad if you either worked at the Casbah or you were deaf.

The Riverboat Gamblers packed in The Independent in SF a few weeks back, holds way more people than Bottom Of The Hill... This is going to be nuts. Holyfuck I cant wait.
